Artist Statement
The human figure and emotions are explored through the interaction of color, light, and the processes of creation and disintegration. Drawing deeply from my background in painting, I construct my images by layering visual elements, often breaking them apart and reassembling them to evoke emotional depth. The human form—both literal and abstract—is central to my work. By embracing the tension between chaos and order, deconstruction brings new life to recognizable shapes. Each piece becomes an emotional conversation, where color, shape, and texture converge to reveal the complex nature of the human experience.
